Boxing champ Carl Froch is convinced the world is FLAT and says Nasa are ‘faking CGI images of the planet’
Carl Froch believes the world is flat.
The boxing legend, 42, has accused Nasa of faking photos to convince the population into thinking the world is a sphere and are hiding the real truth.
‘The Earth is flat, 100%. There’s no proof of the curvature and this fake space agency Nasa use CGI images and everyone is different,’ Carl told the Daily Star.

‘I’m looking at them thinking: “Hang on a minute, they’re like cartoons.
‘When someone like Richard Branson goes up there and starts doing chartered flights and you can look back on Earth and see the Earth’s curvature, I’ll believe the earth is a globe.’
Carl is in support of the genuine conspiracy theory claiming the earth being round was a lie peddled by Disney – despite the assertion of a spherical planet having been around since the Ancient Greek era and having been the popular belief since Christopher Columbus’ famed voyage in 1492.

The former world super middle-weight champion isn’t the only sportsman to throw doubt over the world being a sphere.
Former England star Andrew Flintoff has admitted he is convinced the world is flat- or at least ‘bulbous, like a turnip’.
Previously speaking on his own podcast, for BBC 5 Live with former Wales footballer Robbie Savage, Flintoff ignored all satellite photos of Earth to suggest there was ‘evidence to suggest the world wasn’t round’.
Theory: Former England star Andrew Flintoff previously admitted he is also convinced the world is flat- or at least ‘bulbous, like a turnip’
He said: ‘If you’re in a helicopter and you hover why does the Earth not come to you if it’s round?
‘Why, if we’re hurtling through space, why would water stay still? Why is it not wobbling? Also if you fire a laser about 16 miles, if the world was curved, you shouldn’t be able to see it but you can.’
He added: ‘The middle is the North Pole, around the outside is the South Pole which is like a big wall of ice. This is why all governments now have bases on the South Pole.’

WHAT IS FLAT EARTH THEORY?
Those who believe the Flat Earth Theory claim our planet is shaped like a flat disc instead of a sphere.
Because Earth’s surface looks and feels flat when we walk around it, the conspiracy theorists denounce all evidence to the contrary.
The leading theory suggests Earth is a disc with the Arctic Circle in the centre and Antarctica, a 150-foot-tall (45-metre) wall of ice, around the rim.

Theorists claim that satellite images and evidence pointing to a spherical Earth are part of a ’round Earth conspiracy’ orchestrated by NASA and other government agencies.
Proponents of the bizarre theory also claim the Earth is stationary in space rather than orbiting the sun.
Some believe the Earth is covered by a glass dome which sits over the flat disc.
The international scientific community has consistently denounced the Flat Earth theory.
Decades of space imagery and peer-reviewed astronomical research back their claims.
NASA has proved that the Earth is round using satellites, GPS and images from space, but ‘Flat Earthers’ believe the space agency is lying.
