Easter holiday horror as boy, 3, is pulled from the surf while swimming with his dad and airlifted to hospital

- The three-year-old was then taken to Royal North Shore hospital
- It’s understood he was underwater for a minute before being helped to shore
A three-year-old boy has been pulled from the surf at a beach in Sydney’s north on Easter Sunday.
Emergency services were called to Clontarf Beach just after 2.30pm following reports a toddler nearly drowned.
The boy was dragged from the water and treated by paramedics at the scene.
He was then taken to Royal North Shore hospital.
It’s understood the boy was underwater for a minute before being helped to shore.
His condition is not known.
