The boyfriend of a former Saatchi& Saatchi designer has denied assaulting her after they had a food fight in this Kensington home.
Colin Comiskey, 34, allegedly attacked his partner Ellen Van De Vusse as their relationship began to fall apart earlier this year.
Westminster Magistrates’ Court was told today that he kicked Ms Van De Vusse, knocking her out of bed, in an initial incident.

Prosecutor Aimee Emby said: ‘There was an argument, on a date which the complainant is not sure.
‘The defendant, upon being told the relationship was over, kicked her out of the bed. No injuries were sustained.’
On January 12 this year Comiskey grabbed Ms Van De Vusse to stop her going into the kitchen as another row flared.
‘The defendant took hold of the complainant by her arms and squeezed them tightly, stopping her getting into the kitchen.
‘He then threw some food at her. Some of the food struck her on the back.’ said Ms Emby.
The police were called and Comiskey was arrested. He appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court to deny two counts of assault by beating.

The trial has been listed to return to Westminster Magistrates’ on 26 June and is expected to last three hours.
Magistrate Steven Galpin told Comiskey: ‘You are going to have your trial on 26 June. That is at this court at 2pm. This bench will grant you bail until that day.’
Comiskey, was granted conditional bail and told not to contact directly or indirectly Ms Van De Vusse, who is a former social media designer for the top advertising firm.
