Bradley Cooper embraces Joker star Joaquin Phoenix at premiere of their villain movie at TIFF

Bradley Cooper showed support for Joaquin Phoenix and their new Joker movie Monday during the film’s premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival.

The 44-year-old actor embraced Joaquin, also 44, upon arrival at Roy Thomson Hall in Toronto, Canada.

Bradley, who is a producer of the movie based on DC Comics characters, looked dapper in a black suit and tie with a light blue dress shirt.

The seven-time Oscar nominee sported a thin layer of facial stubble and had his light brown hair parted on the right with a comma above his left eye.

He hugged Joaquin who looked stylish in a black suit with matching tie and crisp white dress shirt.

The three-time Oscar nominee portrays the DC Comics villain Joker in the upcoming psychological thriller by director Todd Phillips, 48.

Bradley while on the carpet also hugged the film’s director and co-producer Todd who previously directed him in The Hangover trilogy of comedy films.

Robert and Bradley starred together in the 2012 romantic comedy Silver Linings Playbook.

Bradley also joined the cast including Zazie Beetz, 28, for a group photo.

Joker premiered on August 31 at the 76th Venice International Film Festival and won the festival’s highest prize, the Golden Lion.

The film is scheduled to be released on October 4 in the US.

Jokers serves as an origin story for Batman’s archenemy and follows Arthur Fleck, a failed stand-up comedian who turns to a life of crime and chaos in Gotham City.
