‘How soft is @ImACelebrityAU – they are getting fed treats everyday, heaps more food!’ he moaned in a tweet directed at his celebrity pals.

‘If you wanna come back in for a guest stint Fev, just say the word,’ tweeted back the Channel 10 show’s official profile in response.

The former AFL star replied: ‘[Only] if you can get the King and Queen @CaseyDonovan back in and the Butler and his camp mates have to wait on us.’

Australian Idol winner Casey Donovan also won last year’s I’m A Celebrity, while the ‘Butler’ is this season’s competitor and Princess Diana’s former attache, Paul Burrell.

Casey’s runner-up on Idol, Anthony Callea, jumped into the Twitter debate to agree with Brendan’s outburst.

‘Said the same thing the other night… thankfully though, my goal doing the jungle was to exit looking like Posh Spice and I achieved that,’ he joked.

He told The Kyle & Jackie O Show on KIIS FM he has not prepared whatsoever for the grueling experience, adamant he will do ‘no bug-eating or spider-eating’.

He will join celebrities like Shannon Noll, Simone Holtznagel, Lisa Oldfield and the aforementioned Paul Burrell at the campsite at Kruger National Park in South Africa.
