‘No excuses!’ Brendan Fevola’s brother Jason begins his weight loss journey as he signs up for an eight-week F45 fitness challenge
The brother of AFL legend Brendan Fevola has vowed to lose weight and get in shape by embarking on an eight-week F45 fitness challenge.
Jason Fevola and his wife Meaghan are currently in their first week of the challenge with the gym franchise, having completed their first workout on Monday.
The couple have publicly shared ‘before’ photos and vow to train every day until they reach their goal weight.

‘We’re a little nervous but know the end result will be worth it in the long run.’
On Wednesday, Brendan Fevola took to Instagram to praise his brother and sister-in-law for taking up the challenge.
‘Good luck to my awesome bro Jason Fevola and my beautiful sister in-law Meaghan Barrot in their F45 eight-week challenge, so proud of you both,’ he wrote.
