‘Rikki was the best GF I have ever had and I f****d that up plenty of times,’ he wrote.

‘She has been there threw [sic] thick and thin and to be honest I have just f****d up her life because of my past and my f*** ups, and she still made sure I was okay regardless if we were together or not together.’

Pechey signed off by saying he hopes the pair will get back together.

‘She is still the love of my life and I was so lucky to have her by my side,’ he wrote.

‘I don’t know how she finds the strength with what she’s been through in her life, but I know I’ll have her back forever.’

He endured a three-hour stand-off with officers after barricading himself in his Gold Coast apartment.

Pechey allegedly armed himself with swords, threw a steel pipe at officers and launched an ironing board down the stairs of the building.

A court heard he threatened to stab the 26 police officers at the scene if they didn’t shoot him.

He then allegedly tried to take his own life by consuming prescription drugs, which calmed him down and allowed police to detain him.

Pechey was granted bail by Southport Magistrates Court after facing charges of assaulting police, willful damage and public nuisance and will appear again later.

The court heard that Pechey was suffering a mental health battle.

In February, Daily Mail Australia reported on Pechey’s war of words with Ben ‘Notorious’ Geppert, a former Hells Angels and Finks member.

The social media feud centered on their girlfriends who are Instagram stars and cousins.
