British ex-soldier turned DJ is revealed to be behind Magaluf ‘walk of shame’ website

A former British soldier has been revealed as the man behind a Magaluf ‘walk of shame’ website which shows scantily-clad women returning home after wild nights out in the Spanish party resort.

David King, now a DJ from Sutton Coldfield, calls himself the ‘host and narrator’ of the humiliating videos and goes by the name ‘He Who Dares’.

King, a former Lance Corporal, runs the page which has more than 10,000 followers and sees camera-wielding men accost the women and film them before uploading the footage.

He declined to comment when he was tracked down to Magaluf, The Sun Online reported.

A ‘Walk of Shame’ is when a man or woman walks home the day after a casual sexual encounter, usually wearing the same outfit they wore the previous evening.

Clips show scantily-clad revellers returning home in the morning after wild nights out at the party resort in Majorca.

King has approvingly posted online reports about his Facebook page and has told his critics to ‘bore off’.

The DJ, who has had a regular Wednesday slot at the resort, has written on Facebook: ‘Don’t really follow rules, I try and get them to follow me.

‘I say it as it is or I say it as I see it either way I like to make sure the is no F-in about and always learn from mine and others mistakes.

‘I’m my own boss and I write my own future, always trying to make things happen by myself but always humble.’

He apparently started off posting the videos on his own Facebook page before he created the separate ‘walk of shame’ page.

Many of the embarrassed party-goers can be seen covering their faces in the humiliating footage.

In one clip a dark-haired woman is followed down the street and asked where she stayed last night, before being told to ‘get a shower’.

One woman nearly trips over she untied shoelaces as she tries to get away from the filming men.

Some social media users have slammed the Facebook page for invading the women’s privacy.

But others found the videos funny, with one person commenting:  ‘I’m fully creasing at these’.
