Brittany Snow, Elisabeth Shue and Nick Jonas attend premiere of The Good Half at Tribeca Festival

The stars of the new comedy-drama film The Good Half hit the red carpet for the world premiere screening on day two of the Tribeca Festival in New York City.

Brittany Snow, Nick Jonas and Elisabeth Shue were among the cast to show off their fashion sense while slipping into promo mode for the latest production from filmmaker Robert Schwartzman.

Directed by Schwartzman from a script by Brett Ryland, The Good Half focuses on Renn Wheeland (Jonas), an emotionally distant writer who returns to his hometown of Cleveland to attend his beloved mother’s funeral after having spent years avoiding his sister (Snow), father (Matt Walsh) and step-father (David Arquette), according to Tribeca Festival website

During his time at home Renn forges new relationships, including a ‘charming and energetic stranger (Alexandra Shipp), while healing old ones, all while learning he can’t continue on avoiding conflict in his life.

Shue’s husband Davis Guggenheim, along with cast members David Arquette and Matt Walsh were also on hand for the promotional event.

As photographers snapped away along the red carpet, Snow, 37, showed off her womanly curves in a dark blue sequin gown.

The striking number included a plunging and shoulder-less design that showcased her cleavage, and a slit on the left side that allowed the actress to flaunt her legs at a moments notice.

The former John Tucker Must Die star also wore a pair of strappy heels the wound up around her ankles, and had her dark tresses styled long and straight, just past her shoulders, with a part in the middle.

Jonas, 30, looked stylish in a gray double-breasted suit that came complete with added fabric that hung down several inches below the front of the blazer.

Opting to go with an added casual touch, the Jonas Brothers star rounded out his ensemble with a white t-shirt and matching sneakers.

Shue, 59, went for a more casual look in blue jeans with a white blouse, a brown leather jacket and matching brown leather boots.

The Melrose Place alum had her blonde locks styled long with a healthy dose of volume and a center part.

At one point, Shue’s husband Davis Guggenheim joined her on the red carpet for a round of photos together.

The writer, director and producer, 59, looked handsome in a black suit with a burgundy dress shirt and black shoes, as he snuggled up next to his wife.
