The cyclist is then seen confronting the driver through his passenger window before and angry verbal exchange.
The truck driver then stops his vehicle and gets out before he charges at the man with an object in his right hand before hesitating.
The cyclist then punches the man in the face, knocking him to the ground.
Local police were alerted to the incident on Sunday morning after there were reports of a road rage incident.
