Bryce Ruthven and Melissa Rawson show off 18 kilo weight loss ahead of wedding

Married At First Sight’s Bryce Ruthven and Melissa Rawson have been ‘shredding for the wedding’ ahead of their upcoming nuptials in three months time. 

This week, the couple, both 33, showed off their impressive weight loss in before and after photos after losing a combined total of 18kg.

The pictures show the pair looking slimmer than ever after they reached their goal weights.

‘We’re in such a great place now; we’re happier and healthier than ever before, the twins are crawling, and our wedding is approaching,’ Liss told Daily Mail Australia on Thursday.

‘It’s like a fairy-tale come true after a very stressful time when the boys spent many months in the neonatal ward just after they were born.’

Bryce said he has almost reached his target of loosing 10kg by replacing meals with shakes for breakfast and lunch.

The power couple attribute their success to Celebrity Slims’ rapid meal replacement shakes and snacks, as well as their mindset toward losing the unwanted kilos.

The couple will continue their partnership with the brand when they announce an exciting new competition known as #FameGame. 

The comp will give everyday Aussies a chance to showcase their own weight loss results and find themselves front and centre of a new social media campaign.

Bryce and Melissa, who found love on the Channel Nine experiment last year, have set a Summer 2023 wedding date due to the pandemic.

The couple had a TV wedding on the 2021 season of MAFS and announced their real  engagement in July last year. 

They welcomed twin boys Levi and Tate in October 2021. 

The workplace trainer previously revealed there won’t be any TV cameras present for their big day.

‘I do not want a formal, televised sit-down dinner. You know, media everywhere… no,’ she said.

‘I just want to marry the man that I love with my nearest and dearest and have a huge party.’
