Former Neighbours star Caitlin Stasey has long been an advocate for body positivity and the #freethenipple movement.
But it seems fans of the 27-year-old think she’s gone too far with the cause, after posting an explicit snap on her Instagram account on Friday.
The actress posted an image a human orifice with the a monkey laughing emoji and ‘#oldheadshotday’ in the caption.

She confirmed the body part did not belong to her after sharing a screenshot of her equally explicit Google Image search on her Instagram Story afterwards.
Daily Mail Australia has reached out to Caitlin Stasey’s management for comment.
Some of Caitlin’s fans found the image distasteful, while many others laughed it off, including one who wrote: ‘It’s just an off-looking prune.’
Another commented: ‘Caitlin.. did I really just open my app and see a b**thole first thing on my feed? I don’t care, just curious.’

According to Instagram’s terms and conditions, ‘photos, videos, and some digitally-created content that show sexual intercourse, genitals, and close-ups of fully-nude buttocks’ are not allowed.
This comes after the outspoken feminist took to her Instagram Story to share a topless photo of herself stripped down wearing nothing but nude shorts and pasties that covered her nipples.

She is a supporter of the #FreeTheNipple campaign and claims it is ‘unfair’ the social media platform bans images of women’s nipples but allows photos of shirtless men.
Caitlin has also criticised Instagram for double standards, as the image-sharing website apparently gives some high-profile users a free pass for nudity.
