Murray recently returned to the world’s top 50, and showed glimpses of his best form as he took the opening set 6-3.

However, Norrie, who made the semi-finals of Wimbledon earlier this year, took the second set by the same margin, and then earned a decisive break in the ninth game of the decider to seal a 3-6, 6-3, 6-4 victory. He moves into the last 16 of the Masters 1000 event.
