Cameron Norrie sees off Canadian Denis Shapovalov in straight sets to reach the final of Queen’s where he will face Andy Murray and Dan Evans’ conqueror Matteo Berrettini

  • It was the 15th time he has beaten a higher ranked opponent so far in 2021 
  • He will now go on to face world number nine Matteo Berrettini in the final

Cameron Norrie has the reached the final at Queen’s following a straights set victory over Canadian Denis Shapovalov.

The 25-year-old produced an excellent performance to take a 7-5, 6-3 victory over the world number 14 to reach his third final of the year so far.

He will now face Matteo Berrettini in the final, who has previously beat Andy Murray and Dan Evans in the tournament.
