Camila Cabello lists her Hollywood Hills hideaway above the Sunset Strip for $3.95M

Singer Camila Cabello is looking to move on from her Hollywood Hills home, listing the abode for $3.95 million.

The 24-year-old singer bought the property back in April 2019 for $3.4 million, as she looks to turn just over a $500K profit if she gets her asking price.

The home is listed by Compass agent Denise Rosner, with the singer having already vacated the home.

The 3,570-square-foot home includes four bedrooms and four bathroom which sits on a 6,320 square-foot (0.15 acre) lot.

The Mediterranean revival home, which sits just above the Sunset Strip, has an entrance through a private courtyard, with a split-level open floor plan that features distressed hardwood flooring mixed with imported tile.

The home features a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stone counters with a breakfast bar that connects to the dining room.

Cabello converted the fourth bedroom into a, ‘state-of-the-art recording studio’ which includes a ‘professional vocal booth’ inside the attached two-car garage.

The home also features a new security system, which was installed after an incident in March, where Cabello’s boyfriend, singer Shawn Mendes, had his new G-Wagen stolen from the driveway, while they were both at home.  

The vehicle was recovered and returned a short time later with the thief arrested.

While it’s unclear where Cabello will settle next, she was reportedly house-hunting with Mendes in Miami back in December.

Cabello and Mendes have been dating since July 2019, shortly after their hit duet Senorita was released. 

She is getting ready to release her third studio album Familia, which doesn’t have a release date at this time.
