October 27, 2017: After releasing a new collaboration, this time with Nicki Minaj and Migos, Offset pops the question on-stage at Power 99 radio’s Powerhouse concert in Philadelphia. She later shows off her ring, saying: ‘Thank you for seeing the potential in me since you met me. For giving me advice molding me and loving me.
