Carl Brown who danced on Instagram while holding guns is jailed

A teenage showoff was jailed after police noticed he was posing for pictures with a sawed-off shotgun – on Instagram.

Carl Brown was seen waving a shotgun around and rapping in posts on his personal Instagram page, which led cops to his door.

But when police came knocking, the 18-year-old tried to escape and jumped onto a shed, which collapsed, causing him to fall through the roof and sustain leg injures that required hospital treatment.

Police found a sawed-off single-barrelled 12 Bore shotgun in a bag near to where the teen had fallen. They also found crack cocaine and heroin in his house.

He was arrested and sentenced to three years on Wednesday
