She’s known for putting on a glamorous display on social media. 

And Carol Vorderman went back to basics as she enjoyed an infrared sauna on Sunday.

The presenter, 61, displayed her toned curves in a black catsuit as she sported tousled tresses while taking a selfie.

The star looked typically youthful as she went make-up free  for the snap in Cardiff.

She later shared a snap of her legs clad in massage pants as she enjoyed the futuristic treatment. 

She wrote: ‘Just spent a lovely afternoon at @lovelivelighthealinghub. Had an infrared sauna which is meant to be good for all sorts of things with “green light for healing”.

‘Followed by a FREEZE THE FEAR OUCH cold shower. You’d be proud of me @owainwynevans.

On Monday Carol decided to switch things up as she stunned fans with a makeup free selfie to showcase her incredibly youthful complexion.

The television personality took to Instagram to share the incredible snap before delighting her followers with another ‘after’ photo once she arrived at the TV studio.

Carol was glowing as she smiled in the back of a taxi with her long blonde hair flowing over one shoulder. 

Alongside the snaps she penned: ‘Meanwhile in another parallel universe…before and after make up today in TV studio filming a show.

‘Scruff to not scruff….forgot to smile for the camera!!! Soz [sic].’

This comes as carol gave her followers an update on her renovations to her £40,000 campervan, with the kitchen now installed.

The TV presenter took to Instagram and shared snaps of the kitchen unit with a sink and cooker installed alongside a blackboard with ‘Vorders Van’ written on it.

The Countdown star also revealed that she is having seats installed onto the roof of the van, with workmen seen on top of the vehicle in one snap.

Carol sported a bright orange top and a black sleeveless jacket in the snaps while she let her blonde locks fall loose down her shoulders.

Alongside the post, she wrote: ‘Been messing around on the @vordervan a bit today with Wayne and the gang @vanlifebuilds….

‘So much going on….kitchen is nearly done…and testing out the seats on the roof…

‘Will post more tomorrow but I’m chuffed to bits. Coming on an absolute treat. Didn’t want to leave her’. 

Carol seems to be progressing well with the vans renovations but still has a long way to go for her perfect motorhome.
