Caylee Cowan kicked off the end of her work week with a rigorous workout at the gym with a personal trainer.
And as the noon hours approached, the Frank & Penelope actress hooked up with the main man in her life, Casey Affleck, for a trip to get some lunch at the grocery store.
The couple, who have been dating since January 2021, looked to be inseparable while walking through the aisles, and then when they made their way back out to their parked vehicle.

Cowan, 24, showed off her fab figure in a black athletic minidress, as she flashed her infectious smile alongside Affleck.
Having left from the gym an hour or two earlier, the Los Angeles native also donned a pair of white sneakers and a blue Dodgers cap over her dark brown tresses, which were pulled up into a loose lower bun.
By the time they made their way out of the store, a still smiling Cowan carried her bagged lunch in one hand as she gave her beau the occasional to of affection with the other.

While the couple were walking side-by-side, the Manchester By The Sea actor looked to be equally happy dressed in blue jeans, a brown t-shirt and matching sneakers.
In keeping with their relaxed attitude, Affleck had his short hair styled slightly messy with what appeared to be a day or two of growth on his face, resulting in stubble along with his more prominent mustache and soul patch under his lower lip.
The divorced father-of-two did a bit of juggling with the two cups of hot coffee in his hands whenever he got animated during their conversation, which at times saw the two of them laughing out loud.

As the pair made their way to their parked car, and the temperature climbing into the high 80 degrees Fahrenheit, Cowan continued on with the occasional public displays of affection (PDA), when she placed her arm along Affleck’s back.
American Horror Story actress Jessica Belkin joined Cowan for a double-team workout with a personal training that included an assortment of equipment and weight devices.
After describing Cowan as ‘the best gym fit I’ve ever seen’, Belkin gave a shot out to the trainer with declaring: ‘@christiancastano killed us today.’

The pair started dating in January 2021, and by the time of their first anniversary, love was definitely in the air for Affleck.
In a lengthy post, showing Affleck leaning in for a kiss that could be described as a love letter to Sunrise in Heaven actress, the actor revealed how on their first date she ‘carried firewood up, built a fire, and gave me a low eyelid look that was so strong I had to take a knee for a minute.’
He added, ‘We have gone through a lot of ups and downs this year, but how I feel about you has only gone in one direction’, and then shared how he doesn’t know what he did to deserve her.
The Gone Baby Gone star ended the January 26 post by declaring his love for Cowan.
