Seamus Rafferty, Ms Doohan’s lawyer, suggested the accused will plead not guilty to the murder charge.

Anastasia was found unresponsive by Ms Doohan’s partner after leaving her with Ms Doohan for 15 minutes while he was in the shower, ABC News reported.

At a previous hearing the court was told doctors discovered the infant had suffered a catastrophic non-accidental injury to her brain.
