A furious homeowner watched the moment a youth hurled a huge brick through the rear windscreen of his car after the shocking incident was caught on private CCTV.
Outraged Paul Welan posted the video on Twitter and wrote: ‘Let’s hope the police get them before me.’
The shocking CCTV footage shows a group of youths walk past the parked car in Denton, Greater Manchester early on Saturday morning.
One of them holds a large brick above his head as he approaches the car and smashes it full force into the rear window.
As the glass shatters the culprit and his friends scarper.
Mr Welan asked people to share the video online and it was re-tweeted 2,901 times by this morning.
Manchester Police have been asked for comment.
