‘She had a history of skin issues and felt like she had no one who she could really trust to help her with her skin and she’s absolutely divine, I love Delta,’ Ingrid says.

‘I really customised and put together a program to calm and hydrate her skin without causing irritation. That heavy stage and TV makeup was making her skin super irritated, so the first thing we had to do was restore the skin to balance and restore the sensitivity of the skin and we have been really successful in that.’

The treatment includes a double cleanse, a facial massage, an exfoliation and LED light therapy.

Ingrid says 35-year-old Extra TV correspondent Renee Bargh comes to her studio for The Geneo+ 3 in 1 Super Facial ($250 for 60 minutes).

‘We did it because she hadn’t tried it before and it’s something she had a really great result from,’ Ingrid explains.

‘When I do a treatment with celebrities I mix it up, the Geneo+ Super Facial is very popular as it’s an instant glow with no down time and gives them that immediate, red carpet ready look and that’s very popular and what I’ve been doing quite a lot lately.’

‘It helps with blood flow,’ she adds.

The treatment involves three steps, the first two being ‘oxygeneo technology’ to ‘increase cell metabolism,’ followed by skin tightening. The third step targets skin brightening with an infusion of active ingredients onto the skin.

One hour-long session for the face costs $245, although packages are available.

‘Pip loves needling. It’s probably my most popular treatment because it really does stimulate collagen and retexture the skin and she also loves the Vitamin A Infusion treatment, which is a high percentage of retinol,’ Ingrid says.

The OsmosisMD Vitamin A Infusion package costs $245 for an hour-long session. It includes a peel and massage for anti-ageing.

Ingrid other celebrity clients include journalist and TV presenter Jessica Rowe, 52, and model Bambi Northwood-Blyth, 31.

Jessica enjoys Ingrid’s Signature Facial Treatment and a deep tissue massage.

‘Her skin responds to a lot of massage, the oxygenating of the skin through deep tissue massage. She’s been a long time fan and client and good friend,’ Ingrid explains.

‘Bambi is next-level divine. We have worked very hard to get rid of her pigmentation which was an issue for her. ‘

Ingrid, who has also worked with the likes of Teri Hatcher and Rachel Griffiths, said her top product picks for flawless skin would be a powerful skin serum, SPF and hyaluronic acid.

While the skincare products used by her clients don’t have to be expensive, Ingrid recommends investing in high-quality serums.

Clients only visit her about once a month, but their at-home skin routines and ‘consistency’ are important.

‘There is a lot of misinformation out there and a lot on the market,’ Ingrid explains.

‘You can end up throwing a lot of money [on a product] and you don’t know what you’re spending on.

‘Serums are where you invest your money. I don’t think you need to spend a lot on a cleanser, as long as it’s balanced with the PH levels of your skin, is natural and doesn’t have parabens, you can get away with an inexpensive cleanser and moisturiser.’

Ingrid recommends skincare enthusiasts invest in products including retinol or vitamin A, and vitamin C for glowing complexions.

‘It comes in all different forms and the formulas of various serums and the money that goes into the formulations makes a big difference in the quality of the product,’ she says.

‘And a good SPF is a no brainer.’
