She has stunned fans with her incredible weight loss after working on her fitness for almost a decade.
And now Rebel Wilson’s personal trainer Jono Castano Acero has paid tribute to the actress for all of her hard work.
On Thursday, the 28-year-old Men’s Health ‘transformation trainer’ took to Instagram to share incredible before and after photographs of the Pitch Perfect star, 39.

Jono posted side-by-side photos of Rebel in 2011, and then one of her posing at the tennis on Thursday evening.
In the ‘before’ picture, which was taken in 2011, Rebel is seen posing in a flattering red dress with eyelet detailing.
Meanwhile, the after picture shows the blonde beauty flaunting her slimmed down figure in an emerald green shirt dress at the Australian Open Inspirational Lunch on Thursday.

Jono recently shared Rebel’s daily workout routine.
Speaking to E!, Jono revealed that ‘results come through consistency’, before explaining how he created a personalised program for the comedic actress.
During a typical week, Rebel works on high-intensity interval training, mobility, weights, resistance, technique and tempo, getting only one day a week for resting.

‘Rebel and I are just focusing on enjoying training and getting the body moving,’ Jono explained.
He encouraged everybody to get a personal trainer, so they can be ‘checking up on you all the time.’
He also revealed that it has been an ‘absolute pleasure’ to work with Rebel because of her sense of humour.
