Despite winning the night, the Big Brother finale was down on the show’s 2020 ratings.

The Big Brother finale fell right in the midst of the lockdown which came about after Sydney’s COVID-19 cases grew.

It was supposed to be filmed in front of a large audience, but that was changed due to the ongoing pandemic.
