‘Can I have a number one deluxe?’ Liles asks, to which Murrill quickly responds: ‘Yes ma’am. Oh we have American cheese, colby or pepperjack cheese.’

‘American cheese,’ Liles tells a smiling Murrill who says: ‘Yes ma’am, with a medium fry. What was your beverage today?’

Liles then orders a sweet tea to drink before Murrill asks if they’d like any thing else on their order.

‘Can I get an eight-piece nugget?’ she asks.

‘Of course. Oh as a meal too or just the entree by itself,’ Murrill is heard saying as he punches the order in on an iPad.

‘Just the entree,’ the woman says.

‘Yes ma’am and how else may I serve you today?’ Murrill asks.

‘Can the sauce be barbecue?’ the woman asks Murrill.

‘Of course you can. Oh how many would you like today?’

The woman then tells Murrill to put two sauces in her bag. ‘We have that just for you. Oh and how else may I serve you?’ Murrill quips.

‘Can I have no tomatoes on that sandwich?’ she asks.

‘Of course. I do the same thing. No tomato. Yes ma’am,’ Murrill responds.

In a recent interview, Murrill (pictured) said: 'Your actions, your behavior, or the way you interact with people matters. It can transform a day'

‘And can I have Polynesian sauce and ketchup?’ the woman asks.

‘Of course Polynesian too. Aww you guys are good at this,’ he jokes.

That completed Liles’ order and Murrill quickly repeated the order for accuracy.

‘You’re one swipe away from an awesome lunch meal. It’ll be a pleasure serving you at our drive-thru window after two more things. You know what that is? It’s a fist bump each. You have an awesome day,’ Murrill says, bumping knuckles with the passengers in the car.

Murrill is then seen waving at the customers as they drove around to the drive-thru window.
