Chelsea have been handed a fresh injury scare following the club’s limp Champions League defeat against Bayern Munich.
Tammy Abraham appeared to pull up during a post-game warm down, casting doubt over whether the striker will be involved in a crucial run of fixtures for the club.
The 22-year-old could face another spell on the sidelines, despite recently returning to first-team action after suffering an ankle problem against Arsenal last month.

Frank Lampard’s men appear all but eliminated from the competition after the Bundesliga champions ran riot at Stamford Bridge – with Abraham having replaced Olivier Giroud in the 61st minute.
Former Arsenal youngster Serge Gnabry had already fired the visitors into a two-goal lead before Abraham was introduced, although the England international squandered an opportunity to pull a goal back for the hosts from Pedro’s low delivery.
A stern challenge from Jerome Boateng also felled Abraham on the counter, with both players left grounded after the collision.
Abraham appeared to have shaken off the tackle, but may now be faced with another poorly-timed setback.

Chelsea face Bournemouth, Liverpool and Everton within the next two weeks, as well as a return trip to Bavaria – although the Blues now require at least three goals to secure an unlikely quarter-final spot.
Boss Lampard insisted in his post-match press conference that he had not seen Abraham’s apparent injury.
The ex-Aston Villa loanee has enjoyed an impressive breakthrough campaign in the capital, having scored 14 goals in 25 appearances.
But his stellar form was brought to an abrupt half after sustaining a knock against Arsenal, with Abraham then failing to fully train throughout the top flight’s two-week winter break.
And after Giroud scored against fellow top four contenders Tottenham at the weekend, the Frenchman was once again preferred to lead the line in the first leg of the Blues’ European knockout tie.
