Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko set to seal loan move to AC Milan with option for permanent £35.5m switch
Tiemoue Bakayoko is set to bring to an end his horror spell at Stamford Bridge and complete a season-long loan switch to Italian giants AC Milan.
Bakayoko has fallen down the pecking order at Chelsea after never truly settling following his £40million arrival from Monaco last summer.
The 23-year-old was not involved in the matchday squad as the Blues opened their Premier League campaign against Huddersfield on Saturday, and appears not to be in the plans of new boss Maurizio Sarri.

Chelsea and Milan have come to an agreement over a loan deal for the player, while it is understood the Serie A side will have an option to buy next summer for £35.5m.
Bakayoko is set for a medical in Milan on Monday morning before officially completing the move.

The tough-tackling midfielder started 25 Premier League games in his first season in the Premier League with Chelsea, but failed to make a lasting impression.
Following a stop-start season, Bakayoko was not included in the France national team which headed to the Russia World Cup and later won the tournament.
New boss Sarri has already reinforced his midfield since arriving at the club, bringing in Jorginho from his former side Napoli and Croatia international Mateo Kovacic on loan from Real Madrid.
