Chelsea midfielder Tino Anjorin, 19, is joining Lokomotiv Moscow on loan with a £17m option and buy-back clause.
Talks are ongoing between Chelsea and Sevilla for defender Jules Kounde despite hitting an impasse on Monday over the fee.
Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko has completed his loan move to AC Milan.
Tino Anjorin is making a shock move to Russian side Lokomotiv Moscow on loan
The midfielder first joined Chelsea in 2018 and made his first team debut in 2019 in the League Cup.
He also made his Premier League debut in March 2020, coming off the bench in a win over Everton.
Anjorin has made five first team appearances in total and has also played for England at every level up until the Under-19s.
