She found fame at the tender age of 13 after becoming one of the youngest faces to grace the cover of Harper’s Bazaar.

And Cheynne Tozzi, 31, looked every inch the off-duty supermodel as she took her two dogs for a walk in Sydney’s Cronulla on Wednesday.

Turning the road into her personal catwalk, Cheyenne stunned in a leg-baring denim romper and gladiator sandals.

The tattooed glamazon completed her edgy look with aviator sunglasses, gold layered necklaces and a blue quilted Chanel bag worth around $8,000.

Also on display were the Australia’s Next Top Model mentor’s sprawling tattoo collection and her trademark wavy blonde mane.

The rare sighting comes after Cheyenne spoke out in support of neurosurgeon Dr Charlie Teo, who last month denied a string of allegations including that he allegedly performed brain surgery on patients whose conditions were inoperable.

Cheyenne led the flock of celebrities publicly supporting Dr Teo last month, penning an impassioned Instagram post praising his work.

Dr Teo had operated on and saved the life of Cheynne’s mother Yvonne after she was diagnosed with multiple brain tumours in 2013.

‘I think he is a wonderful man and an incredibly talented doctor and neurosurgeon. He has the mind of a gifted fighter and a heart of gold,’ the aspiring singer wrote.

‘He also saved my mother’s life, and his wicked sense of humour put her at ease during many scary moments,’ she added.

Cheyenne had previously opened up about her mum’s diagnosis and how it was ‘a bit of a slap in the face’ for the family after Yvonne had already battled cancer.

‘Charlie Teo, who is the best brain surgeon in the whole world, he really just got her good and he did really well,’ she told Daily Mail Australia following her mother’s diagnosis.
