A child has died in a horror traffic collision involving a car and tow truck in a rural town of Victoria.
Emergency services arrived to Coultons roads at Lucyvale, 130km east of Albury, at around 9.30am on Saturday.
Victoria police said a car crashed into the rear of a tow truck at an intersection, claiming the life of a young boy.

The male driver of the vehicle was unharmed and the two male occupants of the truck escaped uninjured.
At least seven fire trucks reportedly attended the incident.
‘Paramedics are assessing multiple people who do not appear to require treatment or transport at this stage,’ Ambulance Victoria said in statement.
Detectives from the Major Collision Investigation Unit are now attending the scene to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
