Foodies are going wild for incredible cone-shaped ‘chimney cake desserts’ being served at a café in Melbourne, dubbing them a ‘game-changer’ and ‘delicious’.

Chimnutz, which can be found at the Spotswood food market Grazeland in Melbourne, dishes up traditional ‘chimney desserts’, which are the official dessert of Hungary, topped with all sorts of sweet treats.

Chimney cake desserts see sweet bread be freshly baked to order with a crispy, crunchy exterior and light fluffy dough inside.

They are cylindrical in shape with a hollow centre that resembles a chimney when they come out of the oven, before they are stuffed with the likes of marshmallows, chocolate and ice cream.

One foodie who goes by the name ‘Melbourne Foodie’ on TikTok raved about the desserts in a recent clip that has been viewed over two million times.

‘Welcome to Grazeland in Melbourne, Australia,’ she wrote alongside her video.

‘It’s located out in Spotswood, so out west-side, and it’s basically like a permanent foodie festival. There are around 50 stores and none of the stores are selling the same thing.’

The foodie visited Chimnutz while she was at Grazeland, as she had ‘always wanted to try chimney doughnuts because they look so bomb’.

‘I was allowed to go behind the scenes, and basically they are filled with all these toppings, so this one is the brown sugar boba,’ she said.

‘It has layers of cake, custard, boba and then that massive soft serve swirl thing. I love the mini cone of boba pearls they put on the side, it was adorable!’

The foodie added that one single chimney dessert costs around $15, depending on your choice of toppings.

Elsewhere, she tried  another of their most popular flavours: the Bavarian choc top variety.

This chimney dessert features a hard chocolate exterior like a Choc Top, that is then stuffed with soft serve ice cream as well as the fluffy dough.

More than two million people who saw her clip were impressed and said they had never tried chimney desserts.

‘That looks amazing, you had me at doughnut,’ one commenter posted.

‘I went there and it was amazing,’ another added.
