Chinese factory worker is hit on the head by iron hooks

A factory worker in southeast China has luckily survived as a loading hook snapped and hit on his head.

Surveillance camera footage capture the horrifying moment when the security hook snaps and sets loose of the metal sheets at the site.

The worker was hit on the head but was protected by a safety helmet and found to have no major injuries.

According to qq.com, the incident happened in a factory in Foshan, Guangdong Province on December 5 at around 3:30pm.

Two workers can be seen trying to unload a stack of metal sheets on hooks and thick wires. 

But the hooks suddenly came loose and snapped, flipping the metal sheets up in the air.

He is luckily saved and found to have no major injures after being sent to a hospital for checks

One worker managed to escape but another man was hit on the head. The securing hook knocked him on the ground instantly and flipping his helmet off.

The stunned worker survived and was sent to hospital for check.

He was found to have not sustained any injuries.
