Chinese teen bled to death after having genitals cut off tied to a pole

An intellectually disabled boy tied to a pole was found dead with excessive bleeding from his lower body in central China. 

The 15-year-old teenage boy, who went missing for almost 24 hours, had his genitals brutally cut off, according to an autopsy report.

Local police arrested a 39-year-old man with a history of mental illness and he admitted to killing the young boy.

The incident came into light when a milkman noticed a nearly naked boy being tied to a pole on a street in Zhouzhi county, Xi’an Province on April 4 morning.

The boy was tied to a natural gas pipeline with hands above his head. He also had his trousers pulled down with a pool of blood on the floor, the milkman told cnwest.com.

Zhouzhi police confirmed the teenager to be a 15-year-old boy, surnamed Ren, with a second degree disability of serious intellectual mental disorder.

Ren’s family told the reporter that the boy went out to watch a play in the village in the morning of April 3. They searched for the boy after realising that he had not been back in the evening.

According to Huashang Post, a post-mortem report stated that Ren had bleeding in the nose and the mouth, as well as bruises in the back.

It’s also confirmed that Ren’s genitals were cut off.

One on-duty government official told cnwest.com that he saw two men tying the boy to a pole. 

Zhouzhi police and Xi’an Police joined force to track down the suspects. They arrested a 39-year-old man with a history of mental illness 15 hours after the boy was found.

He admitted to killing Ren, however, the case is still under investigation.
