They finally found a buyer for their sleek five-bedroom bayside mansion.

And now TV presenter Rebecca Judd and her husband ex-AFL star Chris Judd are hard at work on their new Spanish colonial home in Melbourne’s south-east.

Aerial photos show that renovations to the Mediterranean-style property in Brighton – which comes complete with terracotta roof tiles and arched doorways –  are coming along well.

A large pool and huge back garden is being constructed, as well as an outdoor entertainment area, perfect for alfresco dining.

The new pictures come just days after Rebecca and her team of renovators were pictured turning her ‘forever’ home into reality.

Rebecca also shared her thoughts about her renovation conundrums through The Style School – a series she features on her website Rebecca Judd Loves.

‘This isn’t a very pretty photo but it shows how we’ve problem solved to build our new concrete pool,’ she wrote, alongside a picture of the pool in its early stages.

The family appear to be sparing no expense when it comes to the stunning details of the abode, with a worker pictured cutting back greenery so the property’s distinctive arches could be re-rendered.
