Chris reportedly paid $2.25 million for the property back in 2010, when the block was occupied by a brick house circa-1960s.

Luxury abounds in the swanky five-bedroom house which boasts a state-of-the art basement ‘man cave’ with a cocktail bar and four wine fridges and a large gym with a pool-viewing window.

The house also boasts a spacious and airy double-height living area, complete with a stylish travertine feature wall, and the kitchen is no less luxurious, fitted with Miele appliances and a deluxe butler’s pantry.

Also featuring a playroom and home office,  the three-storey house also includes a four-room parent’s retreat with an ensuite and two walk-in wardrobes.

The exterior of the property is no less picturesque with a tranquil wet-edge pool and vertical gardens making the most of the space.

If the chilliness of the pool gets too much, there is also an all-weather pavilion situated next to a heated pool and spa.

The swimming options don’t end there either with the property just a stone’s throw away from tranquil Brighton Beach.

The enviable home was a collaboration between two architect firms – one based in Bali and one in Melbourne.

It seems the Judds could be getting the real estate bug, with the publication reporting the listing came a year and a half after they sold their investment property in the inner-city Melbourne suburb of Prahran for $1.96 million.

Bec and Chris were married  on New Year’s Eve 2010 and have since welcomed four children into the world – Oscar, six, Billie, four, and twin boys Tom and Darcy, two.
