‘Its an interesting feeling after End Game because it was like where do you go from there, but it’s about making great films and to still be a part of the Marvel/Disney family and to be able to make another film is fantastic,’ Chris said during a press conference.

Filming is believed to be taking place at Fox Studios.

According to The Sydney Morning Herald, it comes after the Federal government dipped into its $140 million funding pool for major Hollywood films.

‘There’s such an incredible work ethic here. Being able to stay home and put the kids to bed in their own home as opposed to dragging them across the globe to various hotels is [also] hugely important. My wife is certainly happy,’ Chris said.

Thor: Ragnarok was filmed in Queensland.

It comes after director Taika Waititi revealed that Natalie Portman is returning to the franchise to play the first female Thor at the San Diego Comic Co last weekend.

Confirming the news with dramatic effect during a panel, Natalie came out on stage and was given the Thor hammer, prompting a rousing response from the adoring fans.

‘I’ve always had a little hammer envy,’ she told the audience, as reported by Entertainment Weekly.

The fourth installment in the franchise is based on Jason Aaron’s The Mighty Thor comics, which introduced readers to the female Thor.
