Slimmed-down Chrissie Swan puffs away on a cigarette in her car in a Melbourne parking lot after suffering from Covid-19 and being released from quarantine

She was released from home quarantine on Friday after contracting Covid last month.

And radio host Chrissie Swan was seen smoking a cigarette while alone in her car the same day.

The 48-year-old Nova host puffed away in the front seat of her vehicle on a street in Melbourne as she returned to the Nova studios to host her last ever Chrissie, Sam & Browny show of the year.

Chrissie, who has flaunted her impressive weight loss in recent months, wore a pair of reading glasses on her face as she sat with the car switched off in a parking lot.

After enjoying her smoke, she then left her car to pick up some dry-cleaning nearby.

Chrissie looked svelte and comfortable in a black running top, tight leggings and a pair of New Balance sneakers.

She wore minimal makeup on her face, and wore her hair in a casual up-do.

When contacted by Daily Mail Australia, Chrissie publicist said the media personality was ‘feeling great’.

Chrissie revealed she had tested positive to Covid-19 on Wednesday, November 24.

The diagnosis forced Nova stations to briefly shut down, after Chrissie’s co-host Jonathan Brown also tested positive the Saturday prior.

In Victoria, if you test positive for coronavirus you must isolate until you receive clearance from the Department of Health and Human Services.

Last week, Chrissie confirmed on Instagram that she had got the all clear, and was headed back to the Nova studios on Friday.

‘Only 3 more shows to do from iso before heading back in to the studio in person on Friday for our last show of 2021,’ she wrote. ‘It’s really been A YEAR AMIRIGHT?!?

‘I feel great today and my sense of taste is slowly returning. Stay safe y’all.’

The TV personality announced the news of her positive test on Instagram at the end of last month, telling her followers: ‘Turns out I didn’t escape Covid after all. After feeling a bit tired and flat I took a test and it’s come back positive.

‘I feel basically fine so far – worst is the fatigue (though I think I’ve been tired for 20 years so I’m match fit).

‘I’m double vaxxed, always checked in with the QR codes, have contacted EVERYONE and have isolated since yesterday afternoon so as not to spread it any further.

‘I’ll be back on the airwaves soon – but from home. Update over! Don’t worry your pretty little heads about me xxx.’

The news came after Chrissie’s colleague Jonathan and his nine year-old son Jack tested positive to Covid on November 20.

However, Jonathan returned behind the microphone at Nova 100 last Tuesday after making a full recovery, and shared a picture Sam Pang and producer Brodie Pummeroy to Instagram.
