Christina Aguilera returns to Latin Grammy Awards stage and changes from long dress to sexy bodysuit

Christina Aguilera made a triumphant return on Thursday to the Latin Grammy Awards with an impressive costume-change performance at the Las Vegas event.

The 40-year-old singer wore a long black dress for her opening number of Somos Nada with Colombian producer Julio Reyes Copello, 52, accompanying her on piano.

Christina had her long scarlet hair down and earned applause from the audience at the MGM Grand Garden Arena when she held particularly high notes.

She exited the stage and there was a short flamenco guitar break before she returned in a sexy black lacy bodysuit.

Christina then started belting out her new single Pa Mis Muchachas and was joined by her girls Becky G, 24, Argentine singer Nicki Nicole, 21, and Argentine-born singer Nathy Peluso, 26.

They all wore racy black outfits during the charged performance that featured a soaring Christina solo and big finish.

Christina blew kisses at the end of the song as she huddled with Becky, Nicki and Nathy.

Pa Mis Muchachas was released by Sony Music Latin last month as the lead single from Christina’s upcoming second Spanish studio album.

Aguilera looked like a total vixen as she rocked the red carpet at the MGM Grand Garden Arena ahead of the ceremony.

Christina stole the show and the carpet as she arrived in a black curve-clinging gown with vinyl puffed sleeves and sexy arm-length gloves.

The dress also featured a cat-ear bust that allowed the Stronger singer to flaunt her cleavage and a lengthy train.

It was Christina’s first performance at the Latin Grammy Awards since she took the stage at the inaugural event in 2000.

She won her only Latin Grammy Award in 2001 in the Pop Vocal Album category for her album Mi Reflejo.
