There has been a remarkable history between the monarch and corgis dating back more than eight decades, so Her Majesty would no doubt be pleased as punch to see her favourite breed plastered all over the brightly-coloured fabric.
The ‘Oh So Royal’ range has been created to appeal to the ‘young, fashion-conscious market’ and the design is also adorned with crowns and other decorative objects ‘inspired by the Royal Family’.
The loungewear, in royal purple and turquoise, includes a matching silk eye mask costing £35, a £95 silk scarf and a cotton cushion for £75.

The items are on sale online and at The Queen’s Gallery Shop to raise funds for the upkeep of the Royal Collection, a priceless collection of artwork held in trust by the Queen on behalf of the nation.
For those who admire the royal gem collection – but don’t happen to own a diamond mine – there’s also the chance to own jewellery ‘inspired by the colours and designs’ of the Queen’s own trinkets.
The collection by jewellery designer Vicki Sarge might not use the precious stones favoured by the monarch, but does feature handcrafted Swarovski crystals.
Among the range are £150 stud earrings, a £350 crystal necklace and a crystal cuff costing £295.
The most expensive item is a £425 purple crystal ‘statement’ necklace which comes with a matching £250 bow brooch.

The corgi’s heritage dates back to 1933 when the Queen’s father George VI introduced one into the Royal Family
Corgis have featured prominently in the Queen’s life and she was left heartbroken when her last corgi Willow, who was almost 15, was put to sleep in April.
The dog’s heritage dates back to 1933 when the Queen’s father George VI introduced a corgi into the Royal Family.
Willow’s death comes 18 months after the loss of Holly. Both appeared with Daniel Craig in the James Bond sketch for the opening of the London Olympics in 2012.
