The man who confessed to kidnapping Cleo Smith faces charges of possessing of child exploitation material
Terence Darrell Kelly will front court next month on 10 counts of possessing child exploitation material with details of the alleged offences not yet revealed.
The allegations are not connected to the kidnapping of Cleo, who Kelly has admitted taking from her parents’ tent while they were camping at the Blowholes north of Carnarvon, Western Australia, last October.
Kelly, 36, will face court on the latest allegations on May 13, when he is also expected to find out when he will be sentenced over the abduction of Cleo.
