Private investigator and CMC contractor Julian Facer, also 52, was also arrested and taken to Waverley Police Station.
They were charged with aggravated sexual assault in company with other people and sexually touching another person without consent.
According to the Sydney Morning Herald, CMC Lawyers flew staff into Sydney from other states for a Melbourne Cup day function at Verandah Bar on Elizabeth Street in the CBD.
‘After drinking heavily all day the party ended up at Anthony Mason Chambers where they [allegedly] consumed cocaine,’ police allege.
Police will allege in court the men invited the 21-year-old back to the house and assaulted her while swimming in the pool.
The women then left the home ‘in a distressed state’ to go back to the hotel where the victim reported what happened to her colleagues.
