Australian mummy blogger Constance Hall has hit back after becoming embroiled in a legal clash with the developers who designed her now-defunct website.
Perth mother Ms Hall enlisted married couple Joshua and Annabel Olward to create her blog, queensofconstance.com, but now the pair are claiming over $100,000 in damages with a writ filed by them in the District Court of Western Australia, Perth Now reports.
According to the Olwards, Ms Hall is in ‘breach of contract’ after she parted ways with their website design company Super Minimal after 12 months.

But the soon-to-be mother-of-five has staunchly defended her decision to no longer work with the couple and refuted any allegations that she breached a legal contract.
She said her business relationship ended with Super Minimal because of creative differences.
‘Super Minimal wanted me to write sponsored posts on queensofconstance.com. I said no. They tried to convince me to put a ‘buy me a coffee’ button on the website. I said ‘no’. It became clear that we were on different pages,’ Ms Hall said in a statement.
‘I followed the rules of the contract and saw it out for the 12 months and then we went our separate ways.’

‘Now they’ve come back to sue me… I will not let Super Minimal, or any of the others that are coming out of the woodwork, destroy my name or think that I will crumble and give them money.’
The controversial blogger is pregnant with her fifth child after separating from her first husband Bill Mahon.
Her new partner, Denim Cooke, has two children of his own bringing their total number of children to six.
It is not the first time Ms Hall has faced legal trouble, after she was sued in the WA Supreme Court by journalist Kristen Watts, the editor of her best-seller, Like A Queen, over alleged unpaid royalties.
