Controversial YouTube star Logan Paul is cited by Yosemite park rangers

Logan Paul was apprehended by park ranger officials after he and a group of friends were seen riding around Yosemite National Park on top of a school bus while sitting inside tents that were fastened to the roof.

The YouTube star was at the park celebrating his birthday with some friends on his infamous blue school bus, also known as The Cool Bus.

The group were told that riding on top of the bus wasn’t the smartest or safest thing to do, however when confronted by officials Paul supposedly took responsibility.

Park rangers reportedly deemed the action an ‘illegal operation,’ meaning Paul will have to pay a fine. He was pictured getting ticketed.

While being reprimanded he even gave a peace sign to the cameras.

He is currently still trying to recover from a global backlash after the infamous suicide forest video that went viral for all the wrong reasons.

Paul’s decision to film and then post the video of a man who committed suicide led to an immediate uproar from the internet and his sponsors.

In the video, Paul is heard saying: ‘You guys got a dead guy in the forest.’ He then addd: ‘I’ve got to say, this is the top five craziest thing I’ve ever seen in my life.’

At another point he even yells in the direction of the body: ‘Yo, are you alive?’

And after asking his friend, ‘What, you’ve never stood next to a dead guy,’ Paul starts laughing.

Paul took a three week hiatus following the backlash from his forest video, however when he returned the internet star managed to ruffle even more feathers.

YouTube suspended ads on his channels citing the troubled star’s ‘recent pattern of behavior’ including videos where he tasered a rat and suggested swallowing Tide Pods.

The decision from YouTube came just days after the controversial vlogger tweeted Monday that he would swallow a Tide Pod for every retweet. That same day he tasered two dead rats and removed a live fish from water and ‘performed CPR’ on it.

All of this comes just a few weeks after the 22-year-old vowed to be more sensitive towards the issue of death.

‘In response to Logan Paul’s recent pattern of behaviour,’ the platform tweeted on Friday, ‘we’ve temporarily suspended ads on his channels.’

A spokeswoman said: ‘This is not a decision we made lightly, however, we believe he has exhibited a pattern of behaviour in his videos that makes his channel not only unsuitable for advertisers, but also potentially damaging to the broader creator community.’

‘I’d love to say Logan Paul has changed and learnt to respect dead things since coming back on YouTube.

‘But now he’s just tasering them instead,’ said Twitter user Elliot Hackney.

‘Logan Paul reckons he’s a changed man since returning to YouTube; especially after the…incident a few weeks back. Now he’s tasering dead rats; how is this acceptable?’ asked John Armstrong.

‘At least he moved on from dead people to dead fish and dead rats,’ quipped another.

On February 1 Paul had an interview on Good Morning America with Michael Strahan where he bemoaned the fact that the scandal had lost him millions of dollars.

‘It’s been tough, cause ironically I’m being told to commit suicide myself,’ said Paul.

‘Millions of people literally telling me they hate me, to go die in a fire. Like, the most horrible, horrific things.’

He then told interviewer Michael Strahan that the fault lay with the parents of teenagers who allow them to browse the internet unmonitored.

‘I’m going to be honest with you, Michael, I think – I think parents should be monitoring what their children are watching more,’ said Paul.

‘Every parent I meet whose kids are under the age of 9 or 12, I go, ‘Hey, you let your kids watch my stuff.’ And they go, ‘Yeah, what am I going to do?’ But at the same time it’s not like I’m a bad guy. I am a good guy who made a bad decision.’
