Barron Trump celebrated his 14th birthday in quarantine at the White House on Friday amid the coronavirus pandemic, but he still got a special birthday shoutout from his mother.
After unveiling her coronavirus (COVID-19) PSA on her Twitter and Instagram pages, first lady Melania Trump, 49, returned to social media an hour later to pay tribute to her only child.
The proud mom posted an image of two floating silver balloons that spell out the number 14, writing: ‘Happy Birthday BWT.’

The initials stand for Barron’s full name: Barron William Trump.
Barron’s father, President Donald Trump, has had his hands tied managing the public health crisis and has yet to wish his youngest son a happy birthday on social media.
When he spoke during a coronavirus task force briefing at the White House on Friday, he was joined by his eldest daughter Ivanka Trump, who had returned to work after testing negative for the coronavirus.
The president has three children — Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Eric — with his first wife, Ivana Trump, and one daughter, Tiffany, with his second wife, Marla Maples.
Donald and Melania, his third wife, welcomed Barron on March 20, 2006, a little over a year after they got married.

Youngest Trump: Barron was just 10 years old when he joined his father on stage at the Republican National Convention in 2016

Special: After his fathers inauguration, he became the first young boy to move into the White House since John F. Kennedy’s toddler son John in the 1960s

Growing up: Americans have watched Barron (pictured in 2017) go from a little boy to a teenager over the past three years
Barron was raised in Manhattan, and while his mother took great care to keep him out of the spotlight, that all changed when his father ran for office.
He was just nine years old when his father announced his run for president in July 2015. A year later, he famously yawned his way through Donald’s lengthy speech at the 2016 Republican National Convention.
Barron was also seen yawning at his dad’s inauguration in 2017 when he became the first young boy to move into the White House since John F. Kennedy’s toddler son John in the 1960s.
Over the past three years, Americans have watched him go from a little boy to a teenager who towers over his 6-foot-3-inch dad.

The youngest Trump seems to be taking after his half-brother Eric, who is also taller than their father at 6 feet, 4 inches.
As Barron has gotten older, his style has evolved, and he has gone from wearing polo shirts and khakis to all-black outfits and bomber jackets, though he has stuck with his beloved New Balance sneakers.
He was most recently seen looking dapper in a suit and tie when he arrived home at the White House in early February following a family trip to his father’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida.
Unlike his older siblings, Barron rarely makes public appearances and his parents have kept him out of the public eye for the most part. However, the president has spoken about his youngest son numerous times in recent months.

Support: The president was joined by his daughter Ivanka, who stood in the wings as she spoke during the briefing. She returned to work on Friday after testing negative for coronavirus
While speaking at a rally in Las Vegas, Nevada, last month, President Trump joked about having to look up at the tall teen and boasted that he is a computer genius.
Earlier this week, he referenced Barron during a coronavirus press briefing.
‘I’ve spoken actually with my son. He says, “How bad is this?”’ the president told reporters as he released new government recommendations that people stay home when possible, avoid large gatherings and avoid restaurants and bars.
‘It’s bad, it’s bad,’ he said he told his son. ‘But we’re going to be, hopefully, a best case, not a worst case, and that’s what we’re working for.’
Public schools in the District of Columbia and Maryland are closed due to the outbreak, as is the private school in Maryland that Barron attends.
