Our Christmas from hell: Young couple after a thief broke into their house before stealing their car and children’s presents

A couple woke up on Christmas morning to find their luxury car and all their children’s presents stolen by brazen thieves.
Kyle and Catherine Hand’s white Range Rover was taken last night from their home in Blackburn South, in Melbourne’s east.
‘Merry f**king Christmas to us last night while we were sleeping some piece of shit has come into our house taken the keys and stolen our family car,’ Mr Hand wrote on Facebook.

The distraught father told Daily Mail Australia the backdoor of their house was unlocked, but believes they jumped the gate to come onto the property

He also believes the robbery was targeted.
‘We had high beams going into our bedroom the other night and a seedy car hanging around,’ he said.
Mr Hand said there were several kids presents and expensive baby seats inside the SUV, which ruined Christmas Day for his three kids.
‘We’re completely devastated this has happened to us on Christmas Day,’ he said.
‘We had to get grand parents to drive from Werribee to Blackburn to pick our daughter up then had to wait until the police had come through.’
The couple is calling on the public to keep an eye out for their car, or look for any dashcam footage that may help in finding it.
