An ‘intuitive healer’ has revealed how she and her men’s life coach husband are recording themselves having sex for a new podcast.
Lacey Haynes, 37, and Flynn Talbot, 40, who live in Sussex, met in Berlin more than 10 years ago before getting married. But their sex life slowed down after they welcomed their first child.
Lacey launched a ‘pussy-gazing’ class, which took her to festivals across the UK where the pair realised there was demand for coaching in intimate subjects.
They launched the podcast Lacey and Flynn Have Sex in April 2021, in which they discuss topics around sex and record their ‘sex sessions’, describing what they’re doing to each other in order to ‘help listeners have more fulfilling sex’.
Since then, they have gained thousands of followers, with listeners in 50 countries and 40,000 downloads, telling The Guardian: ‘We don’t have a weird fetish where we want to expose ourselves, but only via sound.’

The couple met when Flynn kept failing to show up to Lacey’s yoga classes, but the pair felt an instant connection.
They were madly in love, moving across the world to South Africa and Australia before marrying and settling in the UK in 2014.
Their sex life slowed down and after they welcomed their first child Rocky in 2017, they found Flynn’s libido was much stronger than Lacey’s.
They decided to invest time and effort into their sex life, reading on books about diet and exercise as well as performing yoga to help them boost their libidos.

The couple began scheduling in sex into their week, having sex and pancakes every Sunday.
They ended up transforming their relationship and launching a business off the back of their efforts, offering private coaching and online courses.
Flynn said: ‘I’m married and I want to have amazing sex with Lacey. I was willing to do whatever it took.’
After launching their workshops, the couple asked themselves ‘what would really help people’ if they were ‘brave’ and decided to launch the podcast.
In the first episode of the series, the couple describe how it feels ‘strange’ to stop recording as they strip naked to have sex.

They didn’t mean to record themselves having sex, but Lacey said the episode ‘developed its own momentum’.
She described how Flynn was giving her oral sex, before moaning into the microphone.
The pair went on to have sex while recording, with Lacey giggling as she said: ‘You look ready to give more – I’m about to get ruined.’
Meanwhile Flynn said: ‘Lacey is tugging on my c**** and now it’s inside her p**** and now we’re f********.’
The couple, who have two young children, describe how ‘horny’ they feel on the episodes before moaning into the microphones
In the fifth episode Flynn described how he felt ‘super horny’, while Lacey said she was unsure of how to transition from the podcast into sex.
The couple could be heard moaning together into the microphones as they had sex, with Lacey telling him: ‘I want you to f*** me with your heart and not your hips.’
After Lacey orgasmed, Flynn picked up the microphone and said: ‘Lacey had a large orgasm, I was feeling very c**** but I’ve turned it around.
‘At this point after Lacey has worked through her stuff, she’s often really open and can take a lot of deep penetration.
Despite how unusual the business venture is, their friends and family have been supportive of the couple
‘She says to me at this point, “You can just do whatever you want with me” because she’s so powerful and open space.’

Meanwhile they insist the podcast has only strengthened their relationship further.
