Victoria was plunged into its sixth Covid-19 lockdown on Thursday.

And former WAG Nadia Bartel was among the thousands of weary Melburnians heading out for their daily exercise on day one of the new restrictions.

The 35-year-old teamed black leggings with a clingy T-shirt and puffer jacket, and completed her look with sneakers and an LA Dodgers baseball cap.

Meanwhile, Jack looked cool in a white sweatshirt and matching shorts, which he paired with sunglasses and a backwards-facing hat.

The longtime friends kept a safe distance from other walkers, and both carried face masks in case things became too crowded.

Victoria was plunged into a seven-day lockdown in a bid to control the spread of the highly contagious Delta variant of Covid-19.

Premier Daniel Andrews said it was ‘the only… real way to deal with Delta outbreaks’.

Meanwhile, Nadia spoke earlier this week about the reality of parenting in lockdown.

She told The Herald Sun she’d been busy homeschooling her sons, Aston, four, and Henley, two, while running her clothing label Henne.

‘It’s almost our new normal living with lockdowns. With kids and homeschooling and Henne and Spray Aus, we’re all trying to make it work,’ she said.

‘You have to keep going and find a way. Aston being in prep, that’s a big adjustment in itself. He and Henley both have personality and are best friends; they’re so into sport.’

Nadia went on to say her two sons, whom she shares with ex Jimmy, wake up early every morning to play basketball.

‘Every morning they’re up at 6.30am playing basketball outside. They’re little men now,’ she said.

The Bartels, once considered a glamour couple of the AFL, announced their separation in August 2019, but it’s believed they actually split two months prior.
