The Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation (ATAGI) recommended children 12 years of age and above get the Pfizer vaccine from September 13.

It comes after Deborah revealed her five-year-old daughter, Audrey, was classified as a close Covid-19 contact after a positive case was identified at her school.

Deborah isolated with her daughter in the granny flat of their home last month and hosted her drive time radio show on 2GB from there, reported 9Honey.

‘A five-year-old can’t isolate on her own; a grown-up’s got to do it with her,’ she told listeners, adding that her husband, Lindsay, was with their older children, Darcy and Elsa, 10, in another part of their home.

The family of five subsequently all tested negative to Covid twice and then resumed living together.
