A fight has erupted between a stick-wielding Suzuki Swift driver and a group of bike-riding trouble makers outside a run-down apartment complex.

Footage shared to TikTok on Friday shows one man madly swiping a stick at several others during a heated argument in an outdoor car park in Canberra.

‘Crack heads kicking off and they don’t even live here,’ posted the TikTok user alongside the video of the confrontation.

‘F*** off then, go now,’ the driver yells at the group as he chases a man on a bicycle before striking him.

He then shouts at another woman to get into her white car, while he informs the trio that the police are on the way.

A man in a black jacket is seen returning to the commotion, despite the driver’s multiple warnings to leave the car park.

‘Go on mate, go,’ he says before getting into his Suzuki to round up the defiant intruder.

But the man in the black continues to linger and at one point attempts to chase down the car after the driver nearly runs him over.

The man who captured the drama revealed neither of the people in the heated confrontation involved actually lived in the apartment block.

‘None of the four people live here…the white car showed up, then the silver car and this happened,’ he wrote.

The group allegedly use the car port to park their vehicles and had been loading groceries into the white car before the drama unfolded.

‘It usually isn’t like this, these specimens just decided to use my carpark for battle. I’ve never seen them before,’ he added.

The TikTok user later revealed that none of the residents involved in the heated confrontation actually lived at the apartment block
