Cristiano Ronaldo turned 38 on Sunday and he celebrated the occasion with three birthday cakes.

The Portuguese star posted a picture on Instagram of himself celebrating with family and friends, including his partner Georgina Rodriguez and his son Cristiano Ronaldo Jr.

Ronaldo wrote on Instagram: ‘Thank you everyone for all the birthday messages. Grateful to have spent the day with my family and friends.’

Last week Ronaldo scored his first goal for his new club Al-Nassr as he netted a penalty in a 2-2 draw with Al-Fateh.

Ronaldo made the decision to sign for the Saudi Arabian club following his acrimonious departure from Manchester United.

He signed a deal worth £175million-a-year, with his contract running until June 2025.  

Al-Nassr’s next game sees them take on Al-Wehda away on Thursday. Ronaldo’s side are currently top of the league, but they are above Al-Shabab and Al-Ittihad only on goal difference.
